You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and provide accurate account information. Accounts are managed by the applicable workspace administrator. Keep your credentials confidential and notify us promptly of unauthorized access.
The service
ManageMySocialMedia provides tools to upload and publish video content to third-party platforms, including YouTube, Facebook, and TikTok. Availability and functionality may change, and third-party platforms may reject, delay, remove, or restrict content or access.
Your content and permissions
You retain ownership of content you submit. You represent that you have all rights, permissions, and consents required to upload and publish it. You authorize ManageMySocialMedia to process and transmit your content as necessary to provide the service.
Acceptable use
You may not use ManageMySocialMedia to violate law or third-party rights, upload harmful or infringing material, impersonate others, bypass platform safeguards, interfere with the service, or access accounts or data without authorization.
Third-party platforms
ManageMySocialMedia is not operated by YouTube, Facebook, or TikTok. Your use of those services remains subject to their separate terms and policies. We are not responsible for their availability, decisions, policies, or handling of content after transmission.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create risk, or use the service unlawfully. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that should reasonably survive termination will continue to apply.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ManageMySocialMedia is provided as is and without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or successful publication. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ManageMySocialMedia will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.
