ManageMySocialMedia
Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 12, 2026 ยท Last updated: September 12, 2026.
This Privacy Policy explains how ManageMySocialMedia collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our service. ManageMySocialMedia helps creators manage and upload video content to YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, and other connected platforms.
Information we collect
Account information: We collect your name, email address, role, account status, and authentication information when an administrator creates or manages your account.
Video and upload information: We process videos, titles, descriptions, thumbnails, privacy settings, tags, and other metadata that you choose to upload or send through the service.
Connected platform information: When you connect YouTube, Facebook, or TikTok, we receive authorization tokens and account identifiers needed to publish on your behalf. We do not receive or store your platform passwords.
Technical information: We may collect IP address, browser type, device information, timestamps, and application logs needed to secure, operate, and troubleshoot the service.
How we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts, authenticate users, connect requested platforms, upload and manage videos, publish content at your direction, provide support, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, improve the service, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Google user data and YouTube permissions
When you connect a YouTube account, Google shows you the permissions requested by ManageMySocialMedia. The
app requests the YouTube youtube.upload permission to upload videos that you explicitly choose
to publish, the youtube.readonly permission to identify and display your connected YouTube
channel, and the userinfo.profile permission to identify the Google profile used for the
connection. We do not use Google user data for advertising, credit decisions, selling data, or unrelated
services.
ManageMySocialMedia accesses Google user data only after you authorize the connection and only to provide or improve the upload and connected-account features. We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except service providers that host or secure ManageMySocialMedia and the YouTube API actions you request. We do not sell Google user data or use it for targeted advertising.
How we share information
We share video content and related metadata with the platform you select only when you request a publishing action. We may share information with hosting, storage, security, analytics, and support providers that process information on our behalf. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer.
YouTube and other platform data
When you authorize a connected platform, ManageMySocialMedia uses the permissions you grant to perform the requested upload or publishing action. We use platform data only to provide and improve those requested features. You can revoke access from the connected platform's security or account settings. Revocation may prevent future publishing but does not remove content already published on that platform.
Cookies and local storage
ManageMySocialMedia uses essential browser storage to keep an authenticated session active. We do not use that storage to sell or advertise against your activity. Your browser may also retain standard technical logs generated by requests to the service.
Retention and security
We retain account, authorization, upload, and technical information only for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain security. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no system can be guaranteed completely secure.
OAuth access and refresh tokens are stored with the connected account so that an authorized upload can be completed without asking you to reconnect for every video. We restrict access to authorized application services and transmit data over HTTPS. You can revoke Google access at any time from your Google Account security settings. To request deletion of your connected account, tokens, uploads, or other personal data, contact us at the address below; we will delete it unless retention is required by law or needed to resolve a dispute.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us using the address below. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
Children
ManageMySocialMedia is not directed to children under 13, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised version here and update the effective date. Material changes will be communicated where required.
